About the hotel
Most rooms have stunning sea or countryside views, en-suite with colour tv, radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Our beautiful, south facing, beer garden gets the sun all day. ("Newquay Area in Bloom" garden competition - 2006 WINNER of "Best overall commercial premises" Best Hotel and third in hanging baskets!). Groups, Stag, Hen, families, couples & singles are all welcome.
The Lowenva is a family run hotel. Cassidy's Bar is licensed to the public til midnight (11pm on Sundays), with a late bar available to our residents. Private car park, (just big enough to fit a coach on too). Short walking distance to all bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, beaches etc.. Please note that some of our rooms have zip n link beds, thus enabling us to be more versatile in the room types we can offer.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

- You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 10:00 hours.
Cancellations
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Functional and simply furnished, most of our twin rooms are en-suite. Two have their own private bathrooms and the two rooms with a bunk bed in each share a bathroom on the same landing. Most rooms are country view. Don't forget that some of these rooms have the versatility to be changed into doubles. (Zip n link beds that turn into 6' doubles!) Call to check the availability.

Double Room more info
Simply furnished and functional, most with country views. All our doubles are en-suite. Do not forget that some of our doubles can be split back into twin beds. (Zip n link 6' beds that can be doubles or twins) Call to check availability. Ideal for large group bookings.

Triple Room more info
Located on the second floor, these rooms command wonderful panoramic views of the whole of Newquay bay and the town centre below. Also with mini coolers/fridges in addition to the usual facilities.

Large, ocean view room with 4 single beds and an en suite. 2 of the single beds can be zipped and linked into a double. Please request on booking if this is required.

Restaurants and Bars
Simply furnished, spacious and well set-out, the restaurant is open only at breakfast. A bar snacks menu runs from the bar area, with a daily specials board.
Directions
Enter Newquay on the a392 and continue following signs for town centre. Travel along the Gannel Link road to the round-a-bout, then take the last exit onto Mountwise.
